▪ There is a minimum 3 day stay for all backyard rentals. 
The nightly rate for the home is $990/night for up to 8 guests.  Additional guests are $90/per guest/night with a max count of 12 guests.  Please note the bedroom set up before considering your house guests.

▪ If we book the house over the weekend when can we enter the space and when do we have to leave?
Check in time is 3:00 check out time is 11. ▪ What time does the party have to be over? Per Paradise Valley noise restrictions, amplified sound needs to be turned off by 9:50pm. We ask that all guests are off property by 10:30, vendors by midnight.

▪ How much is the insurance coverage required?
Insurance companies can vary in what they charge for event insurance but it's typically around $120-$180.

▪ All events require a coodinator. 
Cordinators must be insured and approved by us.   We also have a list of fantastic coordinators we have worked with in the past and would be happy to refer.

▪ How much is the deposit for date reservation?
To hold the date, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee.

▪ How much is the refundable security deposit?
The security deposit is $1500.

▪ If we use the tennis court to host our reception, does it need to be covered?
Yes, we can supply carpeting at half the rate of the rental companies.  The rate to cover the court is $2600 plus $700 for the labor to set and strike the carpet. We require confirmation 4 weeks in advance for tenting and/or carpeting.
